about me

I am a senior communications and digital media global specialist with a strong background in international organizations, the private sector, tech startups, and marketing agencies.

I have 9+ years of experience leading and managing cost-effective, data-driven global communications campaigns across multiple audiences and channels. With these experiences, I am confident in managing the needs of internal stakeholders, partners, clients, technical specialists, and designers.  

In particular, I have 7+ years of experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders of UN organizations (UNICEF & UNDP) through developing compelling creative content and campaigns.

Currently, I am a senior communications specialist for UNDP’s Accelerator Labs, the largest and fastest learning Network for Sustainable Development with 91 Labs across 115 countries. I manage 273 internal UN colleagues in the Accelerator Lab Network, providing them with strategic advice and guidance on creative content and campaigns for their local Accelerator Lab in their country. I also engage daily with internal and external stakeholders of UNDP to help integrate the work of the Accelerator Labs within the larger UNDP campaigns and within UNDP’s internal and external communications strategy. 

Previously, I was the global communications specialist for UNICEF’s Office of Innovation. A gatekeeper that focuses on communicating (to both internal and external) all of the global work that UNICEF does on innovation. Apart from my global lens, my role supports UNICEF's innovation focal points across 190 UNICEF country offices.

 I am a self-starter who can work within a fast-changing environment and is adaptive to change, including having a proven record in supporting multiple parallel projects, focus areas, tasks, and timelines.


MY PREVIOUS WORK WITH THE UNDP CLIMATE TEAM


In 2023, I worked closely with the UNDP climate communications team, leading a joint initiative highlighting grassroots energy solutions and innovators. I led the conceptualization, development, and distribution of the #PeoplePowered campaign, where I led the global build of the microsite, the distribution of a companion research report, a partnership with Viz For Social Good (where 51 volunteers submitted data visualizations for our #PeoplePowered campaign), key messages and media outreach presence at COP, content production for UNDP Climate’s newsletter “The Switch”.

 

 
I believe in the value of nuanced perspectives. By approaching my work with a multidisciplinary lens, I am able to provide breadth and depth to the thinking and execution behind the strategies and campaigns I spearhead.
